This section of Midwifery Junction has been established as a mechanism for graduates to keep in touch with each other and with us. We always enjoy knowing where you are working and how you are getting on. We think that you may also appreciate the opportunity to make contact with classmates you may not have seen for some time. Please use the ‘find classmates’ tool and let us know how that is working for you.

As graduates you will develop many networks for information sharing and developing professional relationships. This section of the website is another of these and we hope it will be useful to you. We have provided information about mentorship and links to the Midwifery First Year of Practice Programme on the New Zealand College of Midwives’ site. We recognise that the College as your professional organisation will provide a great deal of support to you as a practitioner. However, we encourage you to use the discussion forum as another way of sharing your experiences with colleagues and gaining support from each other.
